HANDWRITING ON THE WALL    TET 9703 (Intelligent Design x Destined to See), 24”, M, Sev (with lots of dormancy), fr, 6”, consistent 4-way branching (2 laterals plus V) with 15 buds (older crowded clump will have 10-20). Dusty pink with wine and lavender patterned eye and edge trimmed with ivory gold filigree; some tendrils; yellow to light olive throat. Leaves are half the normal width of the average daylily, making it a very attractive plant. Very hardy; rapid increaser. Good opener but slower at 55 degrees. Kids have beautiful patterns, some of which are extraordinarily odd including metallic markings - click on this link to see some of them. Fertile both ways but pods difficult.
